Right of Withdrawal

1. Who Can Exercise the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal is reserved for customers purchasing as consumers, i.e. individuals acting for purposes unrelated to any trade, business or profession they may carry out. It does not apply to purchases made by VAT-registered entities for professional purposes (B2B channel).

2. Withdrawal Period

You have the right to withdraw from the contract, without any penalty and without stating a reason, within 14 (fourteen) days of physically receiving the products. If an order consists of multiple items delivered separately, the period runs from receipt of the last item.

3. How to Exercise Withdrawal

1. Notify us of your intention to withdraw by writing to info@florioli.it, stating your order number and the products to be returned.
2. We will send you a Return Authorization Number (RAN) within 3 business days.
3. Ship the product, intact and in its original packaging, within 14 days of receiving the RAN, to the address we will provide.

4. Refund

The refund is issued within 14 days from when we became aware of your decision to withdraw, and in any case not before receiving the returned product or proof of its shipment. The refund covers the product price and the standard delivery costs incurred (excluding any additional costs for shipping options other than the standard one). The refund is made using the same payment method used for the purchase. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless the product received is defective or non-conforming.

5. Exclusions from the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

• Products made to measure or clearly personalized at the customer's request.
• Sealed goods not suitable for return for hygiene reasons, if opened after delivery.
• Products returned damaged, used beyond normal trial, or without their original labels.

6. Condition of Returned Products

The product must be returned intact, not worn beyond normal trial, complete with all its parts, packaging and any labels. In case of diminished value resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods, we reserve the right to withhold a proportional amount from the refund.
