Order Processing
Orders are normally processed and handed to the courier within 1-2 business days of payment confirmation. You'll receive a confirmation email as soon as the order ships; when available, the email will also include the tracking number to follow your shipment.
Delivery
Deliveries are made by express couriers on business days, Monday to Friday (excluding holidays), generally during daytime hours. If the recipient is unavailable, the courier may make multiple delivery attempts according to its own procedures, or leave a notice at the nearest pickup point.
Checks Upon Delivery
Upon delivery, we recommend verifying that the number of packages matches the transport document and that the packaging shows no obvious damage. Any visible damage to the packaging or discrepancies should be reported to the courier at the time of delivery and communicated in writing to info@florioli.it within 8 days of receipt, with photos of the damage attached.
