1. Scope of Application
These General Terms of Sale govern purchases made by individuals ("Customer") on the 2EFFE SRL online shop ("Seller" or "Cappellificio Florioli"), acting as consumers under the Italian Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005). Purchasing on the site implies full acceptance of these terms.
2. Products, Prices and Availability
Prices shown on the site are in Euro (€) and include VAT. Shipping costs are shown separately at checkout before order confirmation. Product availability is updated in real time but is not guaranteed until the Seller confirms the order. For delivery times and costs see the Shipping.
3. Order and Contract Conclusion
The order is considered concluded once payment is confirmed. The Customer receives a confirmation email with the order summary. The Seller reserves the right not to accept orders in case of product unavailability, with a full refund of any amount already paid.
4. Payment Methods
Payments are processed through the secure Stripe (credit and debit cards) and PayPal circuits. Payment card data is never transmitted to or stored by the Seller: it is handled directly by the chosen payment processor, PCI-DSS certified.
5. Shipping and Delivery
Shipments are made within Italy and Europe via express courier. Times, costs and delivery zones are described on the Shipping.
6. Right of Withdrawal
The Customer, as a consumer, has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, without needing to provide any reason. Procedures, timing and exclusions are described on the Right of Withdrawal.
7. Legal Warranty of Conformity
All products are covered by the 24-month legal warranty of conformity provided for in Articles 128 et seq. of the Italian Consumer Code. Any defects of conformity must be reported by email to info@florioli.it within the legal deadlines. As these are handcrafted items made from straw, felt and natural yarns, slight variations in shade or texture are proof of authenticity and are not considered defects.
8. Processing of Personal Data
The processing of personal data provided during purchase is governed by our Privacy Policy.
9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This contract is governed by Italian law. For disputes in which the Customer qualifies as a consumer, the competent court is that of the consumer's place of residence or domicile, if located in Italy, pursuant to Art. 66-bis of the Consumer Code.
